Available Places incorrect

Hi Tuan
We have an event with 60 places with 30 places set aside for private bookings. So far there have been 19 places book leaving 11 places available. On the front end Event details page, the number of available places is shown as 7 and in the back-end Event Manager page there is Capacity 60, #Registrants 53.
I ran the following database query and it returned 19 rows as expected:
There is a mixture of group and individual registrants. The number of group registrants is 4 so it would appear as if the group organiser as well as the group members are deducted from the capacity to calculate the spaces available.
Is there a setting I have missed somewhere perhaps?

Hard to know what's wrong here without looking at your data. Please submit a support ticket sending us super admin account of your site and explain the issue there so that I can look at it
