Subscribe group registrants to AcyMailing list

Hello
We subscribe EB registrants automatically to the ACYMailing subscriber list for the event.
This is working fine for single registrants.

For group registration we would like to subscribe all registrants of the group to the AcyMailing list. Only the billing person has a Joomla user account.
The plugin subscribes only the billing person, no matter how the plugin EventsBooking - AcyMailing is configured.

In EB configuration, "Collect Members Information In Group Registration" is set to Yes.
The plugin EventsBooking - AcyMailing is activated, "Add Group Members To Newsletter" is set to Yes.

What could be the problem?

Hello Anita

If group members have email collected, they should be subscribed to ACYMailing, too. You can submit a support ticket sending us super admin account of your site and link to group registration form so that we can try to check to see why it is not working
