What steps can I take to address this issue? was created by DanWade
Even though I have accurately configured the time zone settings in System>Global Configuration>Server>Local Settings, the reminder emails are still being triggered 1 hour too early. What steps can I take to address this issue?

Hello

Could you please send me a screenshot of your reminder setup inside the event so that I can take a quick look ?

If it is always 1 hour to early like that, maybe increased the reminder setup by one hour for the time being ?
