Events Booking Venue Image nt showing in event registration detail was created by Wynand Louw
Hi Tuan

The event Booking Venue Image is not displayed in the event registration detail.

Previously it displayed the image and the description. After the update, it is only displaying the description. No picture.

When I add the picture in the description through Joomla Content, it displays.

Hi Wynand

What registration details you are talking about? Could you send me screenshot of that details ?

And what method you are using to display the location image from there ?

Hello Tuan

 

Item 1: This is the event setup. Previously one would upload the event image to the section of the event image. When you save it will display no image on the registration page of the event. It only displays the location description.

Item 2: When I add the Picture to the description it shows in the display of the event registration as shown in the picture below.

Hi Wynand

Maybe you can send me link to the page so that I can check it directly on your site? I'm asking this question because by default, we do not display these location information in the registration page. So I don't know why it is being displayed on your site as you said unless there was some customization to the code

No customisation code. When you go to www.iing.co.za you will see the Events booking - Upcoming Events in the right side column. When you select it it opens the event page.
 
It is on this page where you find detailed information about the event before registration.
 

The older venue that was uploaded still displays correctly, but when you change the image of the venue, it no longer displays and any new venue also no longer displays.

No, it must be some kind of customization because Events Booking does not have option to show location information (title, description...) directly on event details page like that

You can submit a support ticket sending me super admin account of your site. I will try to check the customized code to see if there is something wrong and could be corrected

No customisation. I have even tried the different templates but cannot get it to display the information it previously displayed. Old events still display the venue picture, but I will just have to live with the workaround by making the picture part of the details.

That's strange because we do not have it implemented in the code. But for the time being, please use that workaround
