Labels or Flags on Events on the calendar

I have searched the forum but cannot find any discussions or requests for Flags/Labels on Events on the Calendar. We want the calendar to display past events as well as current and future. In some event booking programs the events have flags/labels for the stage that they are at eg Expired, Ongoing (meaning happening now), Sold Out etc. Is this possible with Events Booking to show on the event in the calendar and also on listings of events?

I downloaded the events booking module I worked with an event and I chose the weekly calendar I chose the start date, that's fine, but I only chose a single date if an event for 2 days or more it only displays 1st day she does not change the date

You would need to set both an Event Start date and an Event End date.
