EB Stripe Checkout Plugin - possible for 2 versions live and sandbox(test)

I have just purchased the plugin to replace PayPal, I have tested it and everything is works fine.
In the PayPal Plugin you could specify PayPal as Payment method as well as debit/credit cards. In Stripe we have set up to only allow credit/debit card payments as we didn't think many of our customers would use PayPal. 
However I would like to test how it looks if we included PayPal. I would like to to do this in Sandbox(Test) mode. 
So is it possible to create a 2nd version of the EB Stripe Checkout Plugin on the Joomla site. One version runs Live mode and then the 2nd runs Sandbox(Test) mode? in this way I set all my events to run Live mode and set up some test events to run in Sandbox(test) mode.
Or is there another way to achieve this?

Sorry David. It is not possible. You can still test it on Live Mode, just do not make payment when you are being redirected to Stripe

Ok, no problem. 
I will set Events Booking with the Stripe plugin up on our test Joomla site and do the testing from there.
