Registration form layout broken in YOOtheme Pro 4

I'm using YOOtheme Pro 4.0.7 and Event Booking 4.5.1, and if I use the UIKIT 3 Template Frontend Framework and set any of my custom fields to 1/2 or 2/3, the registration form gets jumbled. Please see screenshot. I tested this on my current site and a demo site with only Event Booking and Yootheme Pro with the same results. If I use Bootstrap 5, it looks a little better, but I can't change the form layout; it's stuck in Horizontal.

For this, better submit a support ticket sending us super admin account of your site and link to registration form so that I can ask my developer to look at it
