disable bookings for the same day

Hi ,

is there a way, if you have two events the same day and one of them is booked, for the second one be "disabled" in some way? In a few words, not be available for booking for the user?

We currently, do not have option to handle that. So if it is really needed, customization to the code will be needed but that would cost you small fee 20$ for doing the customization

And I imagine that in this case, user is already logged in ?

Hi Tuan,

no login for the user.

The logic is this:
The website provides three events. The user can choose any of them, but when you book one, the other two events should become unavailable for booking for that day (fully booked, disabled, doesn't really matter - I just don't want someone to be able to book them for that day).
There is only one person doing the events, so if someone books one event for a specific day, there is no way to provide for others.

So the booking is only disabled for the user who made the booking? I meant others who haven't booked for the event can still book ?

And you are using shopping cart or just Individual / Group Registration on your site?

no the bookings should be disabled for everybody.
No shopping cart, just individual registration.

There is only one boat and one captain. If someone books a trip (event), then we can't do any other events for the day - that's why we need to disable the rest of the events for that day.
