Hy, I have a question about the event registrations "order status":
For one of our customers, all registrations of an event have been automatically set to the status canceled.
According to the customer, he has not made any change on the event or registrations.
All registrations were paid with "prepayment".
See images, all the annunciations were automatically set to "canceled" and the event data (date,..) should be set correctly.
-> Could it be that registrations are automatically set to "Cancelled" by the plugin after some time?
-> is there a setting that can prevent or change this?
