Hi
I have enabled the show Published option on submit event form fields but it is not available when trying to add it from frontend. Will you please be able to help me on this.

I was able to fix that issue. It was due to permission issue.

Yes, that's right. Users need to be long to a user group which has Edit State permission to see that field
