Hi,

We are sending Ticket PDF to registrants once approved.
How can we attach another PDF file which we created.
Basically, we need to send two PDF files, one Ticket and another PDF file.

Is the another PDF file the same for all registrants ? Or it needs to be different for each registrant ?

Hello

For that, you can upload attachments for each event. And go to Events Booking -> Configuration, set Send Event Attachments config option to Yes. The attachments will then be sent to registrants email

Just to confirm, then I also need to enable the EB Attachments plugin.

Lastly, the attachment will only be sent once the registration is approved, right?

You're right. But the attachment will be sent right at the time users perform registration, not when the registration is approved.

Thanks Tuan for the clarification.

Is there a way we can send after the registration is approved? We don't want to send the attachment immediately while they are not sure yet of being approved, pending their bank transfer.

Afraid of you need to customize code of the extension if you want to have it works like that. The extension does not work like that by default

Thanks again for the quick reply.

In the meantime, we'll just use a link on the email where they can download.

I hope you can consider this in the future release. This will be useful for registrants like, they'll also receive other PDF i.e., programme of the event and other FAQs which is only sent to those confirmed.
