Fields values not all transmitted to Community Builder in registration

I use Event Booking fields mapped with Community Builder ones. In some cases, the values of the fields entered in the event registration aren't transmitted to CB:

1. On the Event Booking side, if the field is pre-defined, like "address"
2. On the Community Builder side, if the field type is "Joomla"

For case 1. there could be a workaround defining a custom field for "address".
But for case 2 I appreciate if you have a hint how to resolve it.

I don't really understand the issue you are having. Could you please explain more details about it? Or better, submit a support ticket sending us:

1. Super admin account of the site

2. Tell us step by step what we need to do to see the error

We are going to check to see what's wrong here and get it sorted
