EB Offline Creditcard (PayPal): How Does It Work? was created by Dex
The EB Offline Creditcard (Paypal) allows you to collect credit card information and process payment offline. I want users to register first as Pending. After they are approved I want to collect payment and then change their status to Paid. Does this allow me to collect payment later after a user has registered? How does it work and is there a payment plugin that allows me to collect payment by credit card later?

Hello
1. It collects credit card information directly at the time users sign up, not at a later time
2. Then base on that credit card information, you need to process payment yourself manually somehow
3. To be secure, only part of credit card information is stored in the registration record (thus could be viewed in administrator area of your site). The other part of credit card number is sent separately to administrator email
Hope it is clear to you
Regards,
Tuan
