Need a different button

On our events timeline page, quote a few of the events are tradeshows that my company will have a booth at.
Obviously we will not be registering anyone for those shows, so I have turned off those buttons.
What I am hoping to accomplish, however, is a button instead that is something like "Meet with us" and the ability to define where that goes, i.e. to a calendly calendar that is specific to that event for my team so people can set an appointment to meet with us at the show. I would need to set a different link for each event as the calendar is tokenized for the event

Is that something that exists or has been done before.   In my search I didn't see it, however, I could have missed it.

For this, maybe you can enter the URL of the target event into External Registration Handle URL. Then when users click on Register button, they will be redirected to that external URL page. It might help solving your requirement

I looked at that as an option, however, the button is the hangup.

I know I could change the button in the language files, but there are events where I will want a register button as well, so changing the language is out.

After looking through everything, the only thing I can come up with is having a definable button in this situation

Sorry Rob. We do not support different button here. Maybe customizing the code to use different language item for the button could be a solution

I have tried a couple of ways to make the modification that I am wanting, however, no success.

What I am really needing, in the events configuration page are this:
a toggle for a custom button
a field for the button text
a field for the url for the button

What I am trying to accomplish is the ability to display a button to allow the visitor to schedule time for an appointment with our team at some of the conferences we present at. We use calendly for the scheduling

We still need to have the register button available and the group registration as we also put on multiple conferences and webinars that people would have to register for.

This is something that I would be happy to pay for.

So the URL and the button text will be different for each events ? Could you please submit a support ticket sending us :

1. Super admin account of your site

2. Link to the pages which you want the custom button displayed (and where it should be displayed)
