How do you modify the thumbnails?  I am uploading high resolution images but what is displayed is very dithered.

Hello

It is because the thumbnail on that page need a higher size. Go to Events Booking -> Configuration, set :

- Event Thumb Width : 380
- Event Thumb Height: 240

Then edit the event, save it. And check it again. It should looks good
