Custom Field doesn't show

I have spent nearly 6 hours now on this and I cannot see what it is I am doing wrong.

I have set up custom fields in the back end but they don't show at all on the frontend of the site.

What have I done wrong? configuration images attached.

I am using it on Joomla 1.5.22, CB Ver 1.3.1, Apache, PHP5, Legacy 1.0

I just realized that I haven't replied to this forum post yet. It seems your setup is correctly, not sure why It doesn't work for you. Could you please submit a support ticket contains administrator account of your site so that I can check it for you immediately ?
