Front-End Registrants List Incomplete

I'm seeing an issue where an event is not showing all the registrants on the front-end. If I export the list, I see them all, but they are not displaying in the list.

Could you please give me more information about it? What's the missing registration? Maybe it is group members record ?

Please try to go to Events Booking -> Configuration, look at Themes tab, Public Registrants List section, set :

- Include Group Members Records In Public Registrants List to Yes

And in case you also want to show billing records, set Include Group Billing Records In Public Registrants List to Yes, too

Then check it again. It should address your concern

I am seeing the same problem on one of my events. Here is some additional information which may help:

- All registrants are single registrations
- The first two registrations were done through the back end on March 26th and the remaining registrations were done through the front end on April 26th & 27th. (We always pre-register event leaders through the back end - have done this many times before with no problem)
- All registrations are visible in the back end but only the first two registrations are visible in the front end (public list)

I had a quick look in the SQL database and the only thing that looked odd was that the size of the registration_code field in table eb_registrants was different (smaller) for the first two registrants. I think there may have been an Event Booking update between the time of the first two registrations and the subsequent ones.
