Pb with cart

Good morning,

I have been a client of Event Booking for 2 years and I am delighted.
I have a small problem with the shopping cart.

When a customer clicks on "buy or add to cart", the screen becomes gray and remains frozen in gray, if the customer does not click anywhere in the screen, the screen remains gray. The customer does not realize that the product has been added to the cart.

Would it be possible that the gray color is deactivated after 1 or 2 seconds or even better, generate an information message "your event has been successfully placed in the cart"

 

Hmm

When users add events to cart, there should be a popup displaying events added to cart. If it is not working like that, maybe there is some conflict on your site causing the issue

In this case, please submit a support ticket sending us super admin account of the site and link to the page which I can see your events. I will check to see why the issue happens and get it sorted
