I know there is an answer to this as we used it on our old Events Booking Site before we did a major upgrade and re-installed EB
When a user books an event and they don't complete payment, their registration still appears in the list but with STATUS not ticked. See screenshot.
I am sure there is a EB Plugin or setting where you can set a time limit as how long these records remain before they are deleted.
I can't see it in the EB documentation.
