customize columns in registrants booking list in the backend

is there a way to add a column in the backend view of the registrants, for example "Registration Cancel Date"?

There is no config option to allow that. So you will need to customize code if you want to have this option

You're welcome. In case you want to know the file, it is administrator/components/com_eventbooking/view/registrants/tmpl/default.php

However, if you modify that file, please move the change to template override so that the change won't be lost when you update to future releases of the extension
