Hi Tuan, 

Is there a way, when using the tags [DOWNLOAD_CERTIFICATE_LINK] and [DOWNLOAD_TICKET_LINK], to display only the link (like " click here to download ") and not the entire url in the body of the email?

Hello

How about insert a tag manually to the email message and put the text you want there to make the link? It should work, I think

I didn't understand what you meant.
PS: that's the one day before reminder email
The tag shows something like www.mysite.com/ index.php?option=com_eventbooking&task=registrant.download_certificate&download_code=RANDOMCODEHERE&Itemid=101.
