Paypal Standard Checkout Plugin - Turn off payment by PayPal

We have the latest version of the plugin installed.
I have disabled all options including PayPal credit and Pay Later for payment except credit/debit cards
However the the option to pay by PayPal still appears.
It si possible to turn that option off as well?
I can't see how to do that?

Unfortunately, from PayPal documentation, I don't see any option to turn off PayPal payment option. Look like PayPal force it to be enabled by default
