for our events our competitors need to upload music during the registration process. Since we have more than 100 registrants is there a way we can bulk download the music files or do we need to manually click on each file to download.

The files are stored in media/com_eventbooking/files folder. So maybe you can access to that folder (via CPanel or FTP) and download it directly from there
