Registrants can can switch paid events after registration

My client just found out that registrants for a (paid) event can switch to another paid event after registration themselves using the 'manage events' menu option. This is not the intention of the client, as they lose track of the registrants, and it affects their cancellation policy. Am I doing something wrong?

Unless there is really wrong permission setting, this could not happen. Maybe clients belong to a user group which has Manage Registrants permission by mistake? Could you submit a support ticket sending me:

1. Super admin account

2. That registrant account

3. Link to the page which he can change event

I will check to see why it happens and get it sorted. Maybe your client sees this because she is logged in using a Super Users account ?

I'm very sorry - it turned out the client changed events for that registrant himself and forgot about it.
