Mass Mail Attachments

Hi Tuan,

for a few weeks now a customer is not able to send mass mails with attachments anymore. All file types used are configured and there was nothing else changed concerning global configuration or mail setup, yet all mass mails arrive without the uploaded attachment. Can you give a hint what the problem might be?

I am running the latest release 4.4.4 on J!3.10.11

For this, we would have to check it directly on your site. Please submit a support ticket sending us :

1. Super admin account of your site

2. Tell me exactly how you sent mass mail (we support two different ways)

3. Send me a copy of the attachment file which you are using

I will check to see why it is not working and get it sorted
