I am having issues upgrading, getting this message
Failed to download package. Download it and install manually from  joomdonation.com/index.php?option=com_dm...ckage&document_id=56 .

Also don't understand the tickets for the event. Do the tickets get sent out automatically? They don't seem to be being sent on my system, is there something I am missing?

Hi Kieran

1. For upgrade, maybe it is not working because you haven't configured Download ID yet. See eventbookingdoc.joomservices.com/getting...on#use-joomla-update for instructions and try again

2. For Tickets, Yes, it should be delivered automatically. Not sure how you tested it? If it is a paid event, you need to register for the event and complete payment to have tickets generated and sent. If status of the registration record is Pending, not Paid, no tickets will be sent
