Stripe Payment Inquiry

Hi admins,

Do we need to purchase EB Stripe for Event Booking use? Currently, we have the MP Stripe, we also use that as payment plugin in the Event Booking. Although it processes the event payment successfully on Stripe account, the customer will get a "Subscription Failure" error message upon event booking confirmation (see attached).

Also, the customer didn't get any payment confirmation message. The event booking ticket and email confirmation is also not sent even if the registration status is already paid.

Unfortunately, each payment plugin can only be used for the extension it is developed for. So you will need to purchase EB Stripe payment plugin to have it works with Events Booking. Happy to give you a coupon for certain discount, so please submit a support ticket to get the coupon

How do we process refunds for cancelled registration through Event Booking?

Go to Events Booking -> Registrants, click on that registration record. You should see Refund button in the toolbar to allow processing refund

We can't see the Refund button in the Registration Record even for canceled registration (see attached photo). Please assist. Thank you
