No ticket notification when using Stripe Checkout was created by Rusty
When using Offline Payment I'm getting a ticket notification email (With the ticket attached as a PDF - looks great!) but when using Stripe Checkout I'm not getting any form of email notification but the registrants are being captured (in the backend of Joomla) so I know the Stripe config is working correctly.
Any ideas please?

Hello Rusty
What's the status of the registration record? If it is Paid, the email should be sent
But if it is Pending, there is something wrong with Stripe webhook configuration and you will need to correct the setup

Hi,
The status is set to paid and I can see the tickets have been generated (when looking in the backend) but emails aren't being sent when using Stripe Checkout

That's strange. Could you please submit a support ticket sending us super admin account of your site so that I can take a quick look at your setup to see if something is wrong ?
Could you please enable Email Logs, then try again so that we can have data from log to check?
Sometime, people not receive email, not because something wrong with Events Booking but because mail server could not deliver email for some reasons and you need to contact hosting provider support and ask them to check

Thank you, it's definitely not the email host as there are duplicate tests, one using Offline Payment and the email is received and one using Stripe Checkout and email is not received. I'll log a ticket now, thank you again

OK Rusty. Could cause by something else. We will check it further via support ticket. Please also let me know ID of the registration record which is having the issue, too
