How do I add text to the registration form?

I want to add some info to a registration form. Basically just some explanatory text of the radio buttons that follow. How do I do that?

Well I think that I finally figured it out. I used the Message custom field and added text to the Description. That seemed to work. If there is another way I would appreciate hearing about it.

Could you please send me the link to the page you want to add the text? Usually, above registration form, you can add a message to provide the information you want. You should not have to use Messages custom fields for that purpose

I know how to add text at the top of the registration form. What I want is to add text in the middle of the form above the checkboxes. See attachment.
