Monthly Calendar - Event Tooltip - Modify what fields are displayed

Apologies for posting this as I am I know I have seen the answer to this before.
When you hover over an event in the Monthly calendar you get a tooltip with some of the event details, about 7 fields. I would like to show just a couple.
Tuan said there was a way to do this by taking a default php file, copy to  our template and make the modification. 
But I can't remember which file  and where the file is located
Could you remind me????

Just to check.
I create a folder under my template and place my code there, so 
my template name/html/com_eventbooking/themes/default/common/com_eventbooking/themes/default/common/
is that correct?
