Error on Installation

Hi, we have a website running on Joomla 3.10.2 and PHP 7.3.3. When I install EventsBooking in the extensions I get this error message, " Unable to detect manifest file.", and a warning that says, "JInstaller: :Install: Can't find XML setup file.". I'm thinking maybe its a compatibility issue but Im not sure. Can anyone please help?

As replied via email, look like you forgot to unzip the package before installing. Please follow instructions at eventbookingdoc.joomservices.com/getting-started/installation and you should be able to get the extension installed without any problem
