Group registration, fee + per person fee

I'm trying to setup an event which has group entry fee and an individual fee.

So 100 per group then additional 20 per individual in that group (variable number of individuals).

How can I achieve that?
I've tried setting fixed group price, and the per entry price but can't seem to figure out the right combination.

I ended up adding a group fee then making one of the required fields a fee field

I think that setup is OK. There is a different way to setup using group registration fee, but you will need to setup different fee for different number of group members, so it is not easy, too
