Having trouble updating

Hello all, does anyone have a laymans instructions to update. I'm getting this error below. It's a it gobbledegook for me, just wondered it anyone has a real idiots guide to dealing with this SQL problem. Many thanks

This could happens if your site is a multilingual website with too many languages. For this, please submit a support ticket sending us:

1. Super admin account of your site

2. If it is possible, give me access to your site database via PHPMYADMIN

I will check, upgrade and make sure it works for you
