My client regularly has people making paid bookings for fitness classes, but then they may need to cancel and move to another class.
Is it possible for the registered user to:
Cancel then use the credit from their cancelled class to book another event?
If not could the Auto Coupon generator be modified to be triggered on a cancelled booking and for a category id (currently event id?) This could be a 100% coupon that can be used once.
