Use of coupons and Vouchers in EB Documentation

We are looking into the idea of using coupons for Events Booking
However, I am confused by the documentation on this.

There is one section on Vouchers in the documentation.  (see Screenshot) However when I go into the Coupons section of EB I can't see anything about Vouchers.
Also the documentation makes reference to Membership Pro???
 

The voucher option is available. Not sure why you don't see it. Could you please try to create a new coupon and in the Coupon Type setting, choose Voucher from there ?

I can't see a 'Coupon TYPE Setting' on the form???
What I can see is in the Discount options, there is option for %, £ and Voucher.
See Screen shot attached.
I can see what the value represents for % and £ but what does the value represent when Voucher is selected????
The only other related thing I can see is that there is a plugin Events Booking - Auto Coupon Generation which is not published, but I don't believe that is related.

Sorry. It's in Discount setup of the coupon as you show in the screenshot. When you setup a voucher , for example 100$. Users can use that voucher to receive discount while registering until the amount reduced to 0. For example :

1. First time, you use 50$ discount. Then you have 50$ left for that voucher

2. Next time, you use 30$, there is 20$ left

3. And the final time, your registration costs 30$. You have 20$ left in the coupon, you will have to pay 10$ remaining.

I see how we can use coupons now.
Just one other question on coupons.
There is a field in the coupon where you can select a Joomla User.
What does this relate to? If I set it to valid user does it mean that only that user can use this coupon? If so that would be a nice feature for us.

Yes. If you select a user, only that user will be allowed to use that coupon
