Stripe checkout takes payment but EB shows status as pending?

Stripe checkout takes payment but EB shows status as 'Pending' not 'Paid'   Is this a bug or do I have something not set up correctly?  I've tested in Sandbox and live and same for both cases. At the moment I've put it to sandbox mode if you want to look.  Website is  queerspirit.net/festival/tickets

You need to check and make sure Webhook configured properly as described here eventbookingdoc.joomservices.com/basic-s...eckout#configuration

(Remember to enter Signing Secret parameter in the payment plugin, too)

Thanks for quick response. I did have a webhook already but on re-checking I realised it's one I set up for donation system. On creating new one for events it now works (of course!)
