Create event and register users at the same time?

Hi,

I'm planning to create a project for a client where teachers will have their own calendar of events to create events from the frontend: only they and the super user can see and manage the calendar.
I need that the students don't access to the registration form of the event.

Is it possible that the teacher registers one student (or more) selected in a list of members of the website to the event at the same time he create the event (and later too)?
So the student will be able to acces to his bookings and only at that page in the site.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to register students at the time they submit event. They would need to access to Registrants Management page to add students to his event/class from there
