Custom Field Quantity is not working was created by Robert Banniza
Hi I created a Custom Field with several Values as Type Radio / List without any Default Values but with Fee Values. Fee Field and Quantity Field is selected as yes. Other fields are dependent on this field Fee Values works fine I see that the different additional Fees are added to the price. Also the Depend On Field is working. When I select the different options the dependents are coming.
I set Quantity of one Option testwise to 1 then I registered then I tried to register again... The Option is still available. Validation Rules is validate[required] Server Validation Rules is empty, Validation Error Message is also empty.
Also the Configuration: "Show Available Number For Each Quantity Option" does not help because its not show up any number.
Did I missed something?
Joomla 3.10.11 / Event Booking 4.3.0 / Browser Crome, Edge and Safari tested.

Hello Robert
1. Honestly, custom field quantity is not reliable. So I would suggest you to use Ticket Types instead, see eventbookingdoc.joomservices.com/plugins/ticket-types
2. For the issue you are having, I guess it happens because you are logged in using a super users account, and the system does not make handle this limit. If you logged out or using a normal registered account, it should work well
Regards,
Tuan

Short two follow up question to the Ticket Types...
found it, activated it, and nearly love them.
Can I somehow have dependent fields on Ticket-Typ? Example: I need the same billing information for Team as well as for Participants but since I also cater for my team, I have to ask about allergies.
Second one: I wound the option weight... how does this work? What I need is for Example: I like an "Set-up and dismantling helpers" Ticket type which means they help before the event, and they help after the event and they should get an Discount for the actual event. I tried it with only one ticket typ per order, and gave the helper tickets a weight of 0. It seems that this idea dose not work like I expected it. Second requirement for that would be, I like to Sell the Helpers first and than the Actual tickets.... So is that something for the Discount generator plugin, or how would you solve it?

Hello Robert
1. We do not have custom fields depend on Ticket Types feature, sorry
2. For weight of ticket type : Normally, each purchased ticket will be counted as one registrant, and will reduce remaining capacity of event by 1. Sometime, you might want a certain ticket type does not affect event capacity, and could set Weight to 0. Other times, you might want certain ticket type counted as 4 registrants, and weight can be set to 4. ... Hope you understand how it works now
3. For your requirement, I don't have a good idea to handle it as this is not something handled by Ticket Types plugin
