Facing issue in captcha implementation on Subscription form was created by Mohammad Aziz Maalik

After implementation of the captcha in subscription form, the subscription mail is not sending to the subscriber mail id but if we disable the captcha mail gets sent to the subscribed mail ID.

That's strange to me. Please submit a support ticket sending us :

1. Super admin account of the site

2. Link to subscription form

I will check to see what's wrong and get it sorted

Hey Tuan,

Sharing the Admin credentials would not be possible for us as this is an ongoing project and is a bit confidential !! Hope you don't mind..
Sorry for that...
Can you please give us a hint of the configuration settings which we should apply at our end in order to resolve the issue.
Alternatively, we can have a quick AnyDesk/Remote Desktop session, as per your availability, so that you can access our system remotely and can fix the issues.
