Event Custom Fields - Type Checkbox not showing Label in output

Event Custom Fields - Type Checkbox not showing Label in output was created by David Unwin
We have set up a new Event Custom field with type 'Checkboxes' as per
eventbookingdoc.joomservices.com/basic-s.../event-custom-fields
I followed the format as per Joomla documentation.
docs.joomla.org/Checkboxes_form_field_type
Everything works except that when the field is shown in the event I get Value displayed when I was expecting the Description. So in my example I get 'A' instead of 'Adults Only' See screen shots attached.
I can't see what I am doing wrong?
Any ideas

Resolved myself. For Checkbox types Make the Label what you want to display!
