Backend Registrants Import

Hi, I have imported a number of registrants through the administrator.  However, none of them have ticket codes associated with them.  When I then select them and click Resend Email, their emails do not contain the [TICKET_CODE].  Is there any way I can generate this?

Could you please submit a support ticket sending us super admin account of your site ? I would like to take a quick look at your setup before answering your question further. Could you please also tell me (via support ticket) ID of some imported registration records so that I can check it's data
