Booking for work colleagues - possible?

On one of our websites we would like it be possible for a company to book (using company credit card) event tickets for their employee or employees.

For and individual booking I could create a Conditional Custom Field, asking if it's for them or an employee? If employee then additional contact fields appear. Would it be possible to pass the employees email address to the recipients list for confirmation and other emails? Or can you think of a better approach?

For group bookings I don't see an approach I could take, can think of a way?

We would also probably need to set up a similar system for Membership Pro

Hi Roy

If I understand your request correctly, you can edit the custom field, set Receive Confirmation Email parameter to Yes

Then the email entered into that field will receive a copy of email, same with the email entered into the main email field

Give it a try to see if it works
