Batch Coupon Generation and Export

Hi Guys

when I generate a Batch Coupon and try to filter by Event, the event coupons do not show. It shows all the coupons ever created. If I filter by search functions and select the coupons I want to export, it still exports everything.

Previously before the updates, it worked fine, so it seems something is wrong.,

Just tried and it worked well here for me. Could you please explain exactly step by step what I need to do to see the error myself so that I can check it further?

The site is still running on J3.10.11 and PHP7.4 events booking 4.2.1. I am using Firefox 104.0.1

 
As can be seen from the screenshot when you are in the main coupons tab and select an event on the far right, it still shows all the coupons. It does not filter the coupons for that specific event. When I search the notes, it will display the coupons for that search. When I select all those coupons and select export, it exports all the coupons ever created.

So I have to not copy the codes one by one to paste into an excel file.

It is working as how it is. When you choose an event, the system will show:

1. Coupon assign to that event
2. And coupons which can be used by all events

That mean the system will show all coupon codes which can be used for that event. Not sure if I mis-understand something here?

If I select the event, it should show the coupons created for that event that was selected in the creation of that event.

I normally also select the category for that event. Maybe that is why all the old used coupons are also showing?

I would think that if I select a Specific event, it should only be coupons for that specific event. However, it does not, it shows all the coupons created for all events that have been used in the past.

Should I rather only use only the event and not both category and the event?

I enter the number of Coupons,  / Select Category, for example, Social Event / Assign Event for example event 2 / Select discount for example 100% or 10 % / Add The rest of the information / Generate Coupons.
 

When I now go to Coupons and select the event as previously indicated it displays all events ever created. Could it be that it does not filter the event but the category for example the above "Social" and then list all coupons associated with the "Social" category?

Sorry, I missed your last post. I don't really understand the issue which you described in your last comment. Maybe you can submit a support ticket sending me super admin account of your site and tell me exactly what I need to do (step by step) to see the problem you are having so that I can understand and check it further ?
