Getting thrown out when adding a registrant in the backend

We often need to add new registrants to our shows on the day and have always done this via the back-end as it's easier and quicker.

However recently, when we have completed filling in all the fields and click Save or Save and Close, we are getting thrown out of Joomla and sent back to the admin log in screen, without the user being created.

Whilst we can create the user in the front-end, the whole process is slower - especially when our events desk is getting busy.

Can you offer any advice?

It could be because your hosting provider blocks the request for some reasons. Could you please submit a support ticket sending us super admin account of your site and link to the edit registrant page so that we can try ourself before guiding you to check it further?
