Problem downloading registrants

After the last update to Eventsbooking, I cannot export the registrants, I get the error "Class "ZipArchive" not found"

It is not related to the update. The issue happens because one library is not enabled in your hosting account

Please contact your hosting provider, ask them to enable Zip library www.php.net/manual/en/book.zip.php and the issue will be sorted

Thank you, don't know why it went away though - it worked before

Could be because you switched to use new PHP version and that library is not enabled on new version by default
