Registration fails

Hi Tuan,

I'm working on a client's site and don't find why reistration fails.
The registration needs to send a file, but the wheel turns and turns... The file is uploaded to the server but the form considers that it has not been sent and an error message is displayed.
Where to searche a solution?

Joomla! and EventBooking versions are 4.2.1

For this, we will have to check it directly on your site to see what's wrong. Please submit a support ticket sending us:

1. Super admin account of your site

2. Link to registration form of the event

3. Tell us what we need to do to see the error/issue

We will check to see why the issue happens and get it sorted
