register defect

Good morning,
It is impossible to register for an activity (individual or group). The button exists but impossible to register, go back to the home page of the site?

There must be something special on your site causing this error. Please submit a support ticket sending us super admin account of the site and link to the event which we can register and see this issue

We are going to check to see why it happens and get it sorted
