Event Coupon Codes Only for certain ACL groups

Hello all
We use the coupon codes a lot for our events to give discounts to encourage registration and things work really well.
We have a lot of different ACL and User Groups though and have an event coming up where we would like to offer non-members a coupon code that makes the registration fee teh same as a member price.
We thought about using a Coupon Code but realise we need to give access to every ACL and NOT members for this to work.
Is it possible to have an option similar to how you show Joomla menu's on pages with the options Show on Selected or Show on all EXCEPT those Selected?
My idea being in this example that I could make the Coupon Code be available to every ACL group EXCEPT Members if I ticked that.
I hope I am making sense
We have realised that if a Member uses the Coupon Code they will get a discount that will make the event a -$ amount and therefore free
Maybe I could use the calculated custom fields I this isn't possible somehow

1. We do not have Except ACL option for setup coupon code at the moment

2. Without knowing how you setup user groups, it's hard for me to find a setup. Maybe you can submit a support ticket sending me super admin account (so that I can check your user groups setup) and explain your details requirement so that I can try to think about it to find a solution
