If I create a field "Horse Videos" and the radio buttons have the values 0,1,2,3 , with 0 as the default value. 0 should not trigger any dependent fields to be displayed. 1 should trigger 1 copy of multiple fields to be displayed, 2 should trigger 2 copies of multiple input fields to be displayed and 3 should trigger 3 copies of multiple fields to be displayed. I don't know how to tie the dependent field names to options 1, 2 and 3. They will be unique names such as horsev1name, horsev1registration, horsev1sex and similarly for horsev2.
How do I get horsev1 fields ONLY to be shown when the registrant selects 1? How about horsev1 AND horsev2 fields to be shown when 2 is selected etc.?
