Registration Busy Indicator

Hi Tuan, it looks to me like the spinner next to the PROCESS REGISTRATION button does not activate unless the event has a fee.  Is there an easy way to turn it on for free events?  Our processing takes a little longer as we are inserting an article body into the registration complete email to send out.
